Why do I have a pending charge on my account?

We have a $20 pre-authorization charge for beer cards. When your debit/credit card is swiped for a beer card, the pre-authorization proves you have at least $20 to spend. This helps us prevent theft and spending more than you have available.

Why do I have 2 pending charges from POUR?

We have noticed that smaller banks and credit unions will not drop the initial pending pre-authorization charge for 1-2 business days. We have never seen the second pending charge go through. If this does, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help fix the problem.

What kind of beer is on tap?

We have many different beers on tap. They can range from stouts, ciders, IPA’s, seltzers, etc. Please see our on tap section for live updates.

How often does the beer rotate?

The only beer that stays the same on our 39 tap beer wall are a few domestics (Miller Lite, Coors Light, Michelob Ultra). Everything else will rotate as quickly as it empties.
